AIRWAVES TOUR UPDATE
Hot off the heels of his first number one single, country star Brett Kissel is rocking on his Airwaves Tour, having sold out 5 consecutive shows in a row to kick off the tour.
The Airwaves Tour that started in Simcoe, Ontario at the Norfolk County Fair set an attendance record of nearly 8,000 country fans, who all came to support the first tour stop. Kissel and his band later rolled into London, Kingston, Halifax, and Georgetown, receiving rave reviews at every show.
As Kissel’s first headlining tour, the young country crooner is loving the attention and the reaction from his fans.
“I’m inspired by the fans every night. The crowds get bigger, better, and crazier!” Kissel mentioned in his Airwaves Tour video blog called “Backstage Pass” – available on his website and YouTube channel.
Kissel’s new album “Pick Me Up” spent time at the top of the iTunes Charts earlier this fall upon its release, and has been garnering significant national attention at each show. Songs like “Pick Me Up”, “Cool With That”, “I Can Play Guitar”, and the number one hit “Airwaves” have all been featured in Kissel’s set list, while other hits including “3-2-1” and “Tough People Do” have also received special attention from the fans.
